Team Building = Reversing Entropy
"Any system without new influence becomes more and more disordered with time…” (second law of thermodynamics (entropy) in the physical world)
Every group of people needs an occasional infusion of new energy: new ways of thinking, working, being together.
Team building (team rebuilding) is a focused, facilitated process that enhances the performance of each person and the functioning of the group. Our emphasis is to understand the cultural influences of each team member. We use that understanding to create a conscious, newly developed and energized group culture.
